About This Game Welcome to Islet Online.Islet Online is a sandbox-style MMORPG. It is all about digging and placing bricks to build your own land. And with various materials from wildlife, bricks can be combined to make useful items, too.Whenever you act, your character gets experience. When your character gets experience, your character’s mastery skill level goes up. With enough skill level, you will be able to accomplish extraordinary results.Don’t feel for playing together? But, be careful. There may be some consequences you did not expect before.Game SystemThe EcosystemIn Islet Online, there is an ecosystem. Animals and plants interact with others. For example, wolves hunt rabbits for their life, rabbits eat grass to reproduce.Ecosystem of Islet can be affected by your character’s acts. If you hunt too many rabbits and pigs, wolves may starve to death, due to lack of food. Then you decide to kill every wolf on your sight, an army of herbivore will lay your world waste in ruin, left nothing but a wasteland. Basically, you will reap what you sow. Your small action may cause horrific climate change, sudden blight break out from nowhere. Who couldn’t adapt to the rapidly changing world, will dieAlso, there’s a way to restore Islet’s ecosystem. The answer lies in the world. Look through carefully. Animals, plants, NPC will hint you.Animals & NPCsAnimals and NPCs, even plants, dwellers in Islet have their own basic desires. They have a desire to sleep, eat, and have a family.When they feel threatened, they will flee. When they feel hunger, they will eat what they want. If desires can’t be solved, a grim fate awaits them – insufficient sleep causes sickness, hunger causes agony of starvation.NPCs have their own lifetime. When they grow up, they will find their partner to make a family, give birth to a baby. They may perish as the time goes. Sometimes, their kid resembles his/her parents. You can find seeds to grow plants, tame wild animals to make a farm. With enough time and love, you can even give a name to your special animal.There is a chance some strangers come and live to the place where you put furniture. You may help them in and out. Then, more people will come to your residence. With enough population, you can be a mayor of the town.Remember, they will not be nice if you not want to do so.CraftingYou can craft various items via all kinds of materials gathered from the world. There are some basic recipes given, but always be creative! Through disassemble and experiment, you can find undiscovered secret recipes.Level UpIn Islet Online, there are a hundred of skills, which can be categorized in ten groups.Whenever you act, your character gets experience to raise your mastery skill. Let’s say if you mining bricks, your mining skill will level up. Eventually, your character will be a professional miner. If you jump often, then your jumping skill goes up, then he/she will be able to jump 4 times in the air!Do whatever you want. I love the game, It is cute and very fun to play. It is a great crafting game.I could get into this game for hours probably only thing i dislike if the controlls but once you get used to them they are not that bad the game can be confusing at first but once you punch some trees and make an axe it starts getting better. I do reccomend this game if you like cute things and crafting. Couldn't open a door that wasn't mine but was able to dig a tunnel into the players house lol. However I did put all the blocks back after looking around.This is a very chill , drink a beer and do whatever game.. game is dead. I`ve been falling in love with this game XP. Someone could think about this like boring or infantile, but in my opinion and in my friends` opinion, all of us have positive assessment about playing Islet online. We are all addicted in this game and play joyfully. Even other people in the game; Chinese, American, Korean whom I saw were all kind and all neighbor. You will never regret of buying it. Thx to GM (엄마재흙먹어, 흙먹는헌터), we could play in comfort when we are newbies. If u bought already, u can be helped by anyone when u ask for tips or sth. And welcome to Islet online.. It takes a while to get started IMO thanks to bears and wolves harassing you every few minutes. The leveling of every skill is a nice touch to this genre and makes the grind enjoyable. Even better is the mechanic of one click and watch your character do the work on mining instead of giving yourself carpal tunnel just to mine one block. For what the game has in it though, I would wait for a sale.. Rabbit slaughter simulator 20169/11. Islet Online is ALL OVER the place. It's graphics are adorable, and some game mechanics are really nice to have, such as the ability to climb up trees without having to tower up with blocks. The ability to have mounts are awesome as well. Building seems like the main focus to the game HOWEVER, there is a crazy leveling system. You would have to craft items that you don't really want in order to get to the items you do want which is painfully slow. You can still craft the item you want even if your under leveled but you have a higher chance at failing the recipe. This system is awful as it takes forever to start building even a small house. Some blocks that are high leveled don't even seem that worth it to be that high leveled. This game is also meant for multiplayer so things like attendence rewards are kinda weird in Singleplayer. I think the same goes for the premium currency as it resets back to 999,999 when I log back into the singleplayer world. This game is pretty confusing since there's no proper tutorial other than learning how to chop wood in the beginning. And so far the world just seems empty other than some wildlife that can die out if you're not careful which is a good mechanic. I just can't recommend this game right now. The devs to update the game a lot though so don't be scared if you already bought the game and can't refund it. I do see potential in this game. Update 2018-6-22: Added. Update 2018-03-16: Added.
